Girls’ Festival Expo Marketplace Application

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2019 Girls' Festival at the Palace of Fine Arts. To ensure a well-rounded expo experience for our girls and parents, we have implemented an application and approval process. Please read the expo requirements below and then fill out the application form. Approvals will begin June 1st.

What You Need to Provide...

  • All expo participants are required to have an interactive element (i.e. spin wheel, games, prizes, etc.) at their table (not just brochures and handouts).
  • Accepted expo participants will be required to submit a Seller’s Permit (if applicable) and a Certificate of Insurance.
  • Giveaways are encouraged.
  • All participants are expected to stay and keep their table staffed for the entire event, be ready and set up by the indicated time and not break down until the end of the event at 4:00 PM.
  • Applications are vetted to ensure the best and most diverse group of organizations and product lines. Preference will be given to those who serve girls or who are in the teen and parent market.

What You Will Receive...

  • The opportunity to showcase your programs, services, or product lines to thousands of SF Bay Area girls and their families.
  • Dedicated listing with a description of your organization/company on the festival website and organization/company name in the festival program.
  • Festival passes per your exhibitor category.
  • Visibility through our weekly emails leading up to the festival, daily postings to our 100,000+ followers and members, and extensive pre-event media attention and coverage.
